Shane was also a creative consultant to the Miami City Ballet, Southern Florida's largest non-profit organization, where he planned several highly visible events and galas. He later served as a goodwill ambassador to Africa as a micro-economic business advisor with the United States Peace Corps, teaching English and AutoCAD.
Under Shane's leadership, The Inman Company is committed to raising the standard of business to incorporate the highest-quality customer service with unwavering excellence in design. Shane also provides real estate staging, consulting, event design and organizational services to his clients. He takes pride in giving back to the community by being involved in many pro-bono projects, such as the 2007 Traverse Symphony Orchestra Ball, where The Inman Company acted as lead sponsor and event designer; the 2007 Traverse City Film Festival, where The Inman Company acted as event designer for acclaimed film director Michael Moore; and the 2007 Ugly Kitchen Contest, where The Inman Company awarded a free $35,000 custom kitchen to the winner.
